The vast sandy shores of Sandown and Lake are around 10 minutes walk in either direction for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding or just a relaxed stroll on the promenade Close to the town centre amenities and approx 30 minutes drive from the ferry terminals. Parking on site and accessible ground floor step-free access.

Lounge diner with kitchen with all mod cons. Patio to private garden opening out to landscaped communal garden with direct gated access to the coastal path.

Private parking. Coded main door to apartment block and flat access through the lobby to our apartment with coded door access. Bi-fold doors lead to the patio and garden with sea views.
