Our Story

Ever had a dream?

Ours was buying a place on the Isle of Wight. We are Pete and Deb, owners of Deborah’s IOW Apartments in Sandown and we are so pleased to share our part of the island with you.

We fell in love with the Isle of Wight as children and later, repeating history, we took our girls every year and our enthusiasm for this little diamond shaped island hasn’t changed.

Who doesn’t enjoy a sandy beach, epic scenery, hunting for fossils (dinosaur anyone?) and the sheer range of activities on the doorstep whatever the weather and regardless of age. And of course (and a nod to anyone who knows us… we can already hear you laughing) there is a pub around every corner!

Bonus… You have to catch a boat to get here! We joke that we’re going abroad when we jump on the Red Funnel from Southampton!
